We respond to all emails within one business day. For urgent matters during operating hours, visiting in person is recommended. Please include your pet's species, age, and the service you're interested in when reaching out.

We're closed on major holidays. Boarding check-in and pickup are available during all operating hours. Drop-off for grooming services is best scheduled for morning hours to allow adequate time for the service.
If you're scheduling grooming or a wellness consultation, no special preparation is needed. For boarding stays, we'll provide a detailed checklist after booking, but generally you'll want to bring familiar bedding, current food, and any medications with clear instructions.
New clients benefit from arriving 10-15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork and allow time for your pet to adjust to the environment. This reduces stress and helps us start off on the right foot.
